 The coaches of Armour Baseball work to teach the game of baseball and experience the highest level of competition. Armour Baseball teams will strive to be the best team at their age division in the state of Colorado and compete strongly at a national level. We will provide outstanding leadership and coaching so that our players may learn baseball skills, teamwork and sportsmanship. Our coaching philosophy is based on a positive, supporting relationship with our players. Our goal is to develop players’ fundamental baseball skills and prepare them for high school baseball. Coaches create an environment that allows our players to succeed and develop self-confidence by preparation in practice. Hard work and hustle is expected at all times and valued greatly. Personal responsibility and discipline are also cornerstones of our program.
